Hafız-a, elifba (Arap alfabesi) ve Kuran okumayı öğreten bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini açıklar.

Uygulamayı kullanmak için kayıt olmanız, giriş yapmanız, e-posta veya telefon numarası vermeniz gerekmez. Adınızı, e-postanızı, telefon numaranızı veya konumunuzu istemiyoruz ve toplamıyoruz.
Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur, bize veya üçüncü bir tarafa gönderilmez:
Ana ekran widget'ını eklerseniz, uygulama serinizi ve can sayınızı widget'ın okuyabilmesi için telefonunuzdaki ortak bir klasöre yazar; bu bilgi de cihazdan çıkmaz.
Bu veriler cihazınızın yedeğine dahil olabilir: iPhone'da iCloud yedeği, Android'de Google Yedekleme. Bu yedek sizin Apple ya da Google hesabınızda tutulur; bizim erişimimiz yoktur.
Uygulamayı silmeniz, verileri cihazınızdan siler. Daha önce alınmış bir yedekte (iCloud, Google Yedekleme veya bilgisayar yedeği) kopya kalabilir; o kopya yedek yenilenene ya da silinene kadar durur ve yönetimi sizin Apple veya Google hesabınızdadır.
Bazı alıştırmalarda okuyuşunuzu kaydedip doğru okunuşla karşılaştırmanız istenir. Bu kayıtlar hakkında bilmeniz gerekenler:
Mikrofon izni vermezseniz uygulamanın geri kalanı normal çalışır.
Ücretsiz sürümde reklam gösterilir. Reklamları Google AdMob sunar. Uygulama kişiselleştirilmiş reklam istemez: her reklam isteğinde kişiselleştirmeyi kapatan işaret gönderilir ve Apple'ın izleme (App Tracking Transparency) izni istenmez. Reklam ağı sizi başka uygulama ve sitelerde takip etmek için kullanılmaz.
Buna rağmen Google, reklamı gösterebilmek, aynı reklamı üst üste göstermemek ve sahteciliği engellemek için cihazınıza ait bazı teknik bilgileri (IP adresi, cihaz ve işletim sistemi bilgisi, reklam tanımlayıcısı gibi) işleyebilir. Bu işleme Google'ın kendi politikalarına tabidir: Google'ın ortak sitelerde veri kullanımı.
Android'de reklam tanımlayıcısı Google'ın reklam kimliğidir. Telefonunuzun ayarlarındaki Google reklam ayarlarından (Ayarlar → Google → Tüm hizmetler → Reklamlar ya da Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar) bu kimliği sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz; silindiğinde uygulama yine çalışır.
Premium aboneliğiniz varsa hiç reklam gösterilmez.
Abonelik satın alma işlemi tamamen uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağaza tarafından yürütülür: iPhone'da Apple, Android'de Google Play. Kart bilgilerinizi, adınızı veya fatura bilgilerinizi görmüyoruz ve saklamıyoruz. Uygulama mağazaya yalnızca "bu kişinin geçerli aboneliği var mı" diye sorar. Ödeme tarafı için Apple'ın gizlilik politikası ve Google'ın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
Hatırlatma bildirimlerine izin verirseniz, bunlar cihazınızda planlanır. Bildirim göndermek için sunucu kullanılmaz; ders yaptığınız saatler telefonunuzdan çıkmaz. Bildirimleri istediğiniz zaman uygulama ayarlarından veya telefon ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
Uygulamanın hangi kısımlarında zorlanıldığını görüp düzeltebilmek için uygulama (1.3 sürümünden itibaren) anonim kullanım istatistikleri gönderir. Bunu uygulamada Ayarlar → Anonim kullanım istatistikleri anahtarıyla istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz; kapalıyken hiçbir istatistik gönderilmez.
Uygulamada çökme raporlama servisi ya da izleme yazılımı yoktur.
Hafız-a genel kitleye yöneliktir; içerik derecelendirmesi App Store'da 4+, Google Play'de PEGI 3'tür. Uygulama özel olarak çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır (Google Play'deki hedef kitle beyanı 13 yaş ve üzeridir). Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız: hesap yoktur, isim veya e-posta istenmez; anonim kullanım istatistikleri (8. bölüm) kimseyi tanıtmaz. Çocuğunuzun uygulamayı kullanması konusunda endişeniz varsa yukarıdaki adresten bize yazabilirsiniz.
Sunucumuzda size ait hiçbir kayıt bulunmadığı için silinecek bir hesap da yoktur. Uygulamayı telefonunuzdan silmeniz, uygulamanın oluşturduğu tüm verileri siler.
Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep. Uygulama sizden hiçbir bilgi istemez; formda doldurduğunuz bir alan yoktur. 5. bölümde anlatılan teknik bilgiler, reklam gösterilirken reklam sağlayıcısının yazılım bileşeni (SDK) aracılığıyla otomatik olarak işlenir. Dayanağı, reklamın gösterilebilmesi, aynı reklamın üst üste çıkmaması ve sahteciliğin engellenmesi bakımından veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatidir (KVKK md. 5/2-f). Abonelik satın alımını mağaza (Apple ya da Google Play) yürütür ve orada dayanak sözleşmenin ifasıdır (md. 5/2-c). Anonim kullanım istatistikleri (8. bölüm) uygulamanın geliştirilmesine ilişkin meşru menfaate dayanır (md. 5/2-f); kimseyi tanıtmayacak biçimde, Almanya'daki sunucularda işlenir ve Ayarlar'dan kapatılabilir. Bunların dışında kişisel veri işlenmez.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve kanunun 11. maddesinde sayılan diğer haklara sahipsiniz. Politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde de bildirilir.

Hafız-a is a mobile app that teaches the Arabic alphabet (elifba) and Quran reading. This policy explains what information is handled when you use it.

You do not need to register or sign in to use the app. We do not ask for or collect your name, e-mail address, phone number or location.
The following is kept on your device only and is never sent to us or anyone else:
If you add the Home Screen widget, the app writes your streak and hearts to a shared folder on your phone so the widget can read them; this never leaves the device either.
This data may be included in your device's backup: iCloud on iPhone, Google Backup on Android. That backup belongs to your Apple or Google account; we have no access to it.
Deleting the app removes the data from your device. A copy may remain in a previously made backup (iCloud, Google Backup or a computer backup); it stays there until that backup is refreshed or deleted, and it is managed by your Apple or Google account.
Some exercises ask you to record yourself and compare it with the correct recitation. About those recordings:
If you decline microphone access, the rest of the app works normally.
The free version shows ads, served by Google AdMob. The app requests non-personalised ads only: every ad request carries the flag that disables personalisation, and the app does not ask for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. The ad network is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
Google may still process certain technical information about your device (such as IP address, device and OS information, and an advertising identifier) in order to deliver ads, avoid repeating the same ad, and prevent fraud. That processing is governed by Google's own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
On Android the advertising identifier is Google's advertising ID. You can reset or delete it in your phone's Google ad settings (Settings → Google → All services → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads); the app keeps working if you delete it.
No ads are shown at all while you have a Premium subscription.
Subscription purchases are handled entirely by the store you downloaded the app from: Apple on iPhone, Google Play on Android. We never see or store your card details, name or billing information. The app only asks the store whether a valid subscription exists. The Apple privacy policy and the Google privacy policy apply to the payment side.
If you allow reminders, they are scheduled on your device. No server is used to send them, and the times at which you study never leave your phone. You can turn reminders off at any time in the app or in system settings.
To find and fix the parts of the app that are hard to get through, the app (from version 1.3) sends anonymous usage statistics. You can switch this off at any time in Settings → Anonymous usage statistics; while it is off, nothing is sent.
The app contains no crash reporting service and no tracking software.
Hafız-a is intended for a general audience; it is rated 4+ on the App Store and PEGI 3 on Google Play. It is not designed specifically for children (the target audience declared on Google Play is 13 and over). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children: there are no accounts, no name or e-mail is requested, and the anonymous usage statistics (section 8) identify no one. If you have any concern about your child's use of the app, please write to the address above.
Because we hold no records about you on any server, there is no account to delete. Deleting the app from your phone removes everything the app created.
How data is collected and on what legal basis. The app never asks you for information; there is no form to fill in. The technical information described in section 5 is processed automatically, through the ad provider's software component (SDK), while an ad is being shown. The basis is the data controller's legitimate interest in delivering the ad, avoiding repetition and preventing fraud (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). Subscription purchases are handled by the store (Apple or Google Play), where the basis is performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c). Anonymous usage statistics (section 8) rest on the legitimate interest in improving the app (Art. 5/2-f); they are processed on servers in Germany in a way that identifies no one, and can be switched off in Settings. No personal data is processed beyond this.
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, and to request its correction or deletion, along with the other rights listed in Article 11 of that law. If this policy changes, this page is updated and the "last updated" date above changes with it. Significant changes are also announced inside the app.
