Hafız-a, elifba (Arap alfabesi) ve Kuran okumayı öğreten bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini açıklar.

Özet: Hafız-a'nın hesap sistemi yoktur, sunucusu yoktur. İlerlemeniz yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır ve bize hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Uygulamadan dışarı bilgi giden tek yerler, reklam sağlayıcısı Google AdMob ve abonelik satın alımını yürüten Apple'dır.

Uygulamayı kullanmak için kayıt olmanız, giriş yapmanız, e-posta veya telefon numarası vermeniz gerekmez. Adınızı, e-postanızı, telefon numaranızı veya konumunuzu istemiyoruz ve toplamıyoruz.

3. Telefonunuzda saklananlar

Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur, bize veya üçüncü bir tarafa gönderilmez:

Bu veriler cihazınızın iCloud yedeğine dahil olabilir. Bu yedek sizin Apple hesabınızda tutulur; bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Uygulamayı silmeniz bu verilerin tamamını siler.

5. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Ücretsiz sürümde reklam gösterilir. Reklamları Google AdMob sunar. Uygulama kişiselleştirilmiş reklam istemez: her reklam isteğinde kişiselleştirmeyi kapatan işaret gönderilir ve Apple'ın izleme (App Tracking Transparency) izni istenmez. Reklam ağı sizi başka uygulama ve sitelerde takip etmek için kullanılmaz.

Buna rağmen Google, reklamı gösterebilmek, aynı reklamı üst üste göstermemek ve sahteciliği engellemek için cihazınıza ait bazı teknik bilgileri (IP adresi, cihaz ve işletim sistemi bilgisi, reklam tanımlayıcısı gibi) işleyebilir. Bu işleme Google'ın kendi politikalarına tabidir: Google'ın ortak sitelerde veri kullanımı.

6. Satın alımlar (Apple)

Abonelik satın alma işlemi tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülür. Kart bilgilerinizi, adınızı veya fatura bilgilerinizi görmüyoruz ve saklamıyoruz. Uygulama Apple'a yalnızca "bu kişinin geçerli aboneliği var mı" diye sorar. Ödeme tarafı için Apple'ın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

7. Bildirimler

Hatırlatma bildirimlerine izin verirseniz, bunlar cihazınızda planlanır. Bildirim göndermek için sunucu kullanılmaz; ders yaptığınız saatler telefonunuzdan çıkmaz. Bildirimleri istediğiniz zaman uygulama ayarlarından veya telefon ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

8. Analitik ve izleme yoktur

Uygulamada kullanım analitiği (Firebase Analytics vb.), çökme raporlama servisi veya izleme yazılımı bulunmamaktadır. Uygulamanın kendisi bize hiçbir ağ isteği göndermez.

9. Çocuklar

Hafız-a genel kitleye yöneliktir (4+). Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız — zaten kimseden kişisel veri toplamıyoruz: hesap yoktur, isim veya e-posta istenmez. Çocuğunuzun uygulamayı kullanması konusunda endişeniz varsa yukarıdaki adresten bize yazabilirsiniz.

10. Verilerinizin silinmesi ve haklarınız

Sunucumuzda size ait hiçbir kayıt bulunmadığı için silinecek bir hesap da yoktur. Uygulamayı telefonunuzdan silmeniz, uygulamanın oluşturduğu tüm verileri siler.

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve kanunun 11. maddesinde sayılan diğer haklara sahipsiniz. 11. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde de bildirilir.

Hafız-a — Privacy Policy

Hafız-a is a mobile app that teaches the Arabic alphabet (elifba) and Quran reading. This policy explains what information is handled when you use it.

In short: Hafız-a has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your progress is stored only on your phone and is never sent to us. The only parties that receive anything from the app are Google AdMob (advertising) and Apple (subscription purchases).

You do not need to register or sign in to use the app. We do not ask for or collect your name, e-mail address, phone number or location.

The following is kept on your device only and is never sent to us or anyone else:

This data may be included in your device's iCloud backup. That backup belongs to your Apple account; we have no access to it. Deleting the app deletes all of this data.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads, served by Google AdMob. The app requests non-personalised ads only: every ad request carries the flag that disables personalisation, and the app does not ask for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. The ad network is not used to track you across other apps or websites.

Google may still process certain technical information about your device (such as IP address, device and OS information, and an advertising identifier) in order to deliver ads, avoid repeating the same ad, and prevent fraud. That processing is governed by Google's own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

6. Purchases (Apple)

Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your card details, name or billing information. The app only asks Apple whether a valid subscription exists. Apple's privacy policy applies to the payment side.

7. Notifications

If you allow reminders, they are scheduled on your device. No server is used to send them, and the times at which you study never leave your phone. You can turn reminders off at any time in the app or in system settings.

8. No analytics, no tracking

The app contains no usage analytics (such as Firebase Analytics), no crash reporting service and no tracking software. The app itself makes no network requests to us.

9. Children

Hafız-a is intended for a general audience (rated 4+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children — we do not collect personal data from anyone: there are no accounts, and no name or e-mail is requested. If you have any concern about your child's use of the app, please write to the address above.

10. Deleting your data and your rights

Because we hold no records about you on any server, there is no account to delete. Deleting the app from your phone removes everything the app created.

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, and to request its correction or deletion, along with the other rights listed in Article 11 of that law. 11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the "last updated" date above changes with it. Significant changes are also announced inside the app.
